We're looking for people who are curious about how organizations build and share understanding, and who want to put that curiosity to work in a real product.

    We expect to question our own assumptions — about knowledge, about software, about what people need — and to change direction when the answers ask for it.

    We work remotely and structure our collaboration around shared documents and decisions, not hours spent online.
